Admissions

  • The names of the children who are selected as per the admission procedure will be displayed on the notice board.
  • Students offered admission must complete the following formalities before joining, or the offer will stand cancelled and the seat will be passed on to the next student in the 'Waiting List'.
  • Submission of the evidence of date of birth if not yet given.
  • Evidence of passing the last class or promotion to present class.
  • A medical certificate from a qualified registered doctor showing the record of vaccination/ immunization etc. as well as mention of any particular ailment or health condition about which the school ought to know.
  • 2 Passport size Photographs.
  • Proof of residence of the child (Copy of Ration card / Voter's ID / Passport).
  • In case a child is adopted, parents will have to produce attested copy of the adoption certificate issued by the competent authority. In case of divorce/separation, the parent who is admitting the child will have to produce copy of custody of child certificate issued by the competent law officer.

Registration

A duly filled form available from the school/website is to be submitted with the non-refundable, non-transferable Registration Fee within 7 days from the date of issue of form or the last date given.
  • A copy of birth certificate must be attached with the registration form.
  • Students who have attended other schools need to submit a photocopy of the report card & original leaving certificate of the previous school.
Notes :
  • Registration does not in any way guarantee Admission.
  • Decision of the School is final regarding the Admission.

Admission Procedure for Sr. Secondary School

  • Fill up a registration form - available from the School Office.
  • Return this form duly filled, to the Admissions Department on or before the due date along with attested photocopy of X class mark sheet of the Board Examination.
  • In case a candidate does not receive his X class mark sheet from the Board due to any reason, he/she may submit a provisional mark sheet obtained from his/her school along with the form. Those who will fail to submit the registration form completed along with the Board marks by the due date will not be considered for admission. Based upon the marks obtained in class X Board Examination, a list of finally selected candidates will be brought out for the admission to class XI.
Information in detail, regarding choice of stream (science/commerce) & selection of fifth optional subject is mentioned in the registration form.

Documents required for Admission

  • Attested photocopy of the mark sheet from the Board/School.
  • Attested photocopy of passing & migration certificates from Board in for students admitted from other boards.
  • 4 passport size photographs of the student.
  • Attested photocopy of the Certificate of School-Based Evaluation in respect of students admitted in class XI coming from schools affiliated to CBSE.
  • School Leaving Certificate, duly signed by the concerned District Education Officer or the Embassy of India, in case of students seeking admission from counties other than India.
  • Conduct and Character Certificate from the school last attended.
Selected candidates may complete all the admission formalities and deposit the fee at the school office within 7 days / given time failing which, he/she will have no claim for the admission later on. In case some of the selected candidates do not take admission, a second list will be brought out.

The principal's decision will be final regarding the placement of a student / allotment of stream / fifth optional subject.

Our Champs Master Yuvraj Deshmukh -class 8, Miss Kartiki Darade -class 9, Master Tushar Darade - class-7 and Master Tanmay Darade made us proud by achieving black belt in the Karate exams held in Pune on 14th July 24 On 12th and 13th of September, Inter School Ball Badminton competitions organised by Zilla krida Parishad and PMC were held in Bharati Vidyapeeth School Dhankawadi, in which our under 14 girls team and under 17 boys team secured 3rd place. 43rd Pune District Sub- Junior Ball Badminton Championship was conducted in New English School, Jawla Arjun -Jejuri where our boys under 14 secured 3rd place and under 15 secured 4th place. Master Vedant Jadhav -class 9th and Master Swaraj Khomne - class 9th were selected to represent 43rd Sub Junior Maharashtra State Ball Badminton Championship conducted at Gondia- Maharashtra from 19 to 22 Sept. 2024 and secured second place in the championship
 



Were thrilled to announce that Bharati Vidyapeeth English Medium High School Dhankawadi has emerged Victorious in the DSO Yogasana Competition On 8th October 2024 held at Y.C College Karmala District Solapur Congratulations to our talented winners : In U/14 individual group Master Sankalp Vikrant Patil Secured 5th position and selected for State level In U/17individual group Master Archit Nilesh Waragade secured 2nd place IN RHYTHMIC YOGA COMPETITION wherein our 5 students participated in Traditional, Artistic & Rhythmic Yoga Competition Participants are as follows : 1) Archit Waragade (class 9th) 2) Vedant Shilimkar (class 9th ) 3) Sankalp Patil (class 8th ) 4) Aditya Konde (class 6 th ) 5) Tushar Darade (class 7th) Were proud of our teams hard work, dedication, and passion for yoga Special thanks to:The Management, The Coach Mrs Chitra Rajwade and Principal Ms Madhavi K for her constant motivation and encouraging holistic education.
 



Rising Stars, Shining Bright: Vedant & Swaraj Propel Pune to Victory. We are thrilled to announce that our students Vedant Jadhav and Swaraj Khomne from class 9 of BV English Medium High School, Dhankawadi, represented Pune district at 43 Sub Junior State Ball Badminton Championship held in Gondia from 19th to 22nd Sept 2024. Their dedication and hard work, along with the efforts of the entire Pune district team, led them to secure an outstanding 2nd place. This remarkable achievement wouldn't have been possible without the unwavering support of The Management, The Principal Ms Madhavi K, Mentor Ms Kalpana and The students.
 



We are thrilled to announce that our Under-17 boys yoga team has secured 2nd place at the CBSE South Zone II Yogasana Tournament held in Bengaluru from 14th to 16th Sept 2024. A big shoutout to our talented team: 1. Archit Waragde 2. Sankalp Patil 3. Vedant Shilimkar 4. Aditya Konde 5. Swaraj Kudale. They have now qualified for the CBSE Nationals in Surat, Gujarat, on 2nd Oct 2024 special thanks to Coach Mrs. Chitra Rajwade for her expert guidance and Principal Ms. Madhavi K. for her constant support. » Pune District Yogasana Competition was organized by Maharashtra Yogasana Sport Associations (affiliated to National Yogasana Sports Federation), Date - 22 & 23 July 2023, Venue - Dhruv Global School, Sus, Pune. Achievements of school under 14 Boys
  1. Artistic Pair Yoga - Archit Waragade (8th class), Sankalp Patil (6th class)
  2. Traditional yoga - Archit Waragade, secured 3rd position and bronze medal
  3. Under 17 age Artistic Individual Yoga - Om Khole (10th class), secured 3rd position and bronze
These students are selected for state level yoga competition organized by Maharashtra Yogasana Sport Association.
 



» Maharashtra Times Aarogyam Kidzathon had organised "Run for Fun & Fitness Pune 2023" in Savitribai Phule University, Pune on 19th Feb 2023. Our student Miss KULSHREE BHAMARE from Std. 5-B participated in the 3 km run and successfully completed the race. She has bagged Medal for 3rd Position and Participation Certificate.
 



» Good news! : Srushti Medhane of Class 5-D secured 2nd position in Puneri Drawing Competition in Group 2.
 



» Our student participated in Pune District DSO yoga competition organised by Pune District Sports (DSO). Om Khole and Archit Waragde secured Bronze medal and Silver medal respectively for Rythemic Yoga. Om Khole secured Gold medal. Archit Waragde secured Gold medal. Sankalp Patil secured Silver medal and are selected for Division Level competition.

» 15:8:20: 4th Federation Cup Yogasana Championship held On-Line live on 15th & 16th, 22nd & 23rd and 29th Aug 2020. Opening ceremony was on 15th Aug 2020 in the presence of President Ashok Aggrawal, Competition Director Indu Aggrawal. Maharashtra’s players 39 players represented Under 14 to 18 Girls our students Pragati Kharat 5th Selected for international yoga competition Which will be held in Malaysia 2021.
 



» 15.8.20: On account of 74th independence Day Class-3 students celebrated Incredible India. Nagaland is a part of that activity.Student had dressed up as the people of Nagaland dress for the same.
 



» 29.8.20: Occasion of National Sports Day Virtual assembly conducted by Class 4-A on 3 Sept.2020. Celebrated birth anniversary of hockey wizard Dhyan Chand. They were dressed up in sports outfits with sports instrument in hand. (Ex. Hockey, ball, Racket, etc).
